KP is seeking ethical, driven, and innovative forensic investigators with a track record of successfully solving cases. Highly desirable attributes for this position include one or more of the following:


  • Possession of one of the following certifications; EnCE, CFCE, GCFA, CCE, DFCP, SCERS, ACE, EnCEP


  • Experience with remote forensic technologies such as EnCase Enterprise or FTK Enterprise


  • Experience conducting digital investigations in a corporate or law enforcement setting


  • Experience using data analytics platforms such as Splunk to proactively identify potential crimes and policy violations


  • Experience creating scripts or programs to automate digital forensic tasks


  • 100+ hours of formal classroom training in digital forensics and investigations


  • Experience testifying as an expert witness


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Ability to explain digital forensic findings to non-technical audiences


  • Experience with electronic discovery collections and processing.  EnCase eDiscovery experience is a plus.


  • Ability to think outside the box and develop new tools and processes for improving the practice of digital forensics at KP
