Do you have TWO of these? EnCE, Cellebrite, FTK, Magnet Axiom, XRY, CHFI. TCS Forensics Ltd. wants to add another Digital Forensic Examiner to its team. This is a full-time permanent position responsible for analyzing digital-based information for forensics evidence.

• Dialogue with clients to identify and document requirements
• Auditing computers, cell phones, digital devices for micro-business and private individuals relating to workplace policy violations, IP theft, data loss, fraud, online background checks and documents multimedia authentication and vehicular accidents.
• Examine forensics image files of digital devices for artifacts, log file’s structure inconsistencies and modified or deleted evidence data
• Perform analyses of mobile electronic devices including but not limited to cellular, telephones, tablets, GPS equipment, Hard disks, Memory cards, Optical disks, etc.
• Using different software/computer programs to recover information from destroyed media devices; and preparing detailed reports after running computer analysis software applications.
• Following all safety and privacy procedures when handling sensitive financial or personal information such as documents, videos, or pictures.
• Need to handle and receive evidence carefully and keep accurate logs of duties performed.
• Provide expert witness testimony

Requirements

• Minimum forensics and IT experience: 1 year
• Strong understanding of operating systems (such as Windows, Apple), Files systems (NTFS, FAT32, APFS, HFS+) etc.
• Familiar with hardware, familiar with forensic imaging best practices
• Excellent innovation in problem solving and analytical thinking skill.
• Strong understanding of mobile device preservation and related analysis for Android, Apple, and Blackberry devices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to convey highly technical information in an easy-to-understand written report for court purpose
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize items
• Experience with the major examination tools such as EnCase, Axiom, and Cellebrite
• Forensic certification(s) is preferable, such as EnCE, CCME, GCFE, CFCE, CCE or other related technical certifications or be willing to take them

Medical/Dental/Life Insurance paid by company after the completion of a three-month probationary period.

Salary: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year based on experience, education, and knowledge
