Our tools are proven on-the-ground within the UK and we are starting to make a major impact in North America. Our technology is 100x faster than alternatives and can readily be deployed at scale.

Cyacomb is embarking on a period of high-growth and is seeking a strong and experienced Marketing Manager North America to join the six strong UK based Marketing Team. This role will be the first marketing appointment in the USA and will be the North American marketing lead. Initially this role will have no direct reports, but there is strong potential to grow a USA based marketing team.

The role will lead on all North American event, marketing, comms and PR activity for Cyacomb, working closely with the wider marketing team based in the UK to deliver corporate objectives. The Marketing Manager North America also works closely with the USA based sales team, in particular the VP Sales North America and Head of Business Development.




  • Leading and delivering, with end-to-end responsibility, a targeted and impactful North American corporate events programme to raise the profile of Cyacomb, and it’s two product brands Cyacomb Forensics and Cyacomb Safety, with key audiences and customers.
  • Maximising Cyacomb’s presence at large industry events by creating additional opportunity to engage with key audiences e.g. private drinks receptions, workshops, training sessions, on scene advertising.
  • Creating and establishing a programme of online events for Cyacomb to reach target audiences, including supporting the Sales team with online roadshows and training sessions, and creating webinars and podcasts. Identifying opportunities to work with partner organisations, resellers, established customers and other third parties.
  • Delivering marketing support for events – creating marketing copy for event brochures, promotional copy, advertising and videos.


PR & Communications

  • Working with the UK based PR & Comms Manager and copywriter to amplify news hooks, press releases, blogs, thought leadership and opinion pieces within North American media.
  • Working with key partner organisations like NCMEC to drive communication goals, maximise the potential of the partnership and to reach target audiences.
  • Identify and lead on wider US based strategic comms partnerships and sponsorships.



  • Driving and fulfilling Cyacomb’s North American lead generation strategy, with input into the company wide lead generation strategy. Creating and executing email campaigns to drive product awareness and support product sales.
  • Developing proof points (case studies and quotes) with existing customers, using multiple formats – written, video etc.
  • Adapting leaflets and brochures for the North American market.
  • Contributing to the further development of a thorough understanding of our Northern American customers.
  • Developing small targeted USA/Canada based online and print advertising/advertorial campaigns to reach target audiences.



  • Educated to degree level is preferred, but not essential
  • Experience of working in a similar B2B marketing role at the same level for 5 years plus
  • End-to-end experience of leading an extensive corporate events programme
  • Broad marketing experience at management level, as per the job specification
  • Understanding how corporate events and face to face engagement with audiences and customers can drive business objectives
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced business, to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • A technical understanding and inclination would be beneficial
  • Experience or knowledge of the law enforcement market beneficial, but not essential
  • Experience of managing substantial event budgets
  • Occasional travel to events around the US. Proximity to an airport with good travel links across the US.
  • Able to lift or move objects that weigh up to 50lbs in order to maintain and be responsible for the trade show stands, monitors, boxes of merchandise and leaflets
