Digital Evidence Ventures has an opening for a Senior Forensic Examiner in our Sacramento, California office. Our firm has the benefit of nearly 21 years of business and the trust of law firms nationwide that rely on us for digital forensics in complex cases, including Theft of Trade Secrets, employee misconduct, White Collar Criminal Defense, Business Email Compromise and a variety of other investigations. The professional chosen for this position will perform the following tasks, among others:

*Conduct forensic examinations on computers, mobile devices, servers, cloud storage and other systems as needed.

*Assist with Network Security Surveys.

*Interface with clients including attorneys, business owners and individuals.

*Assist with overseeing the work of other examiners.

*Provide sworn testimony at deposition and before courts and administrative bodies.

*Prepare forensically sound reports and affidavits.

*Properly handle and track evidence.

While this is a full-time position with most work to be conducted within our Roseville office, there is remote connectivity and the ability to work remotely occasionally. Some travel will be required as we serve clients throughout the US. Five years relevant experience preferred.
