SAVA Workforce Solutions, LLC an Akima Company is seeking a candidate to perform Sr. Digital Forensic Analysis and research and development in support of a customer’s laboratory requirements. The Forensic
Examiner shall conduct duties commonly associated with forensic analyses and research. In situations where laboratory policy does not exist or is not clear, the examiner shall rely on industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
The Forensic Examiner needs to develop the expertise to extract evidence from a variety of data sources, to include proprietary pharmaceutical databases.
The examiner is expected to be able to apply research in order to solve unique analytical challenges.
The Forensic examiner will perform On-Site Backups (OSB) digital forensics support in accordance with the customer’s policies and procedures.
The Forensic Examiner will assist with seizure of digital evidence from on-site search locations while minimizing possible data loss.
Minimum Qualifications :
US Citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
At a minimum, shall have a Bachelor’s degree in a science or computer related field from an accredited University or foreign equivalent with a minimum of 24 credit hours in computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
Possess 7+ years of technical experience.
Must possess a laboratory-approved industry certification, currently the EnCE.
Must be able to pass a laboratory defined skills test prior to starting. This skills test may consist of a proctored written test, hands on practical test, written report, or combinations thereof.
